NILESH B. BAHADURE, is Reader in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg. He also serves as a visiting faculty for the M.Tech course in Steel Technology run by Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University, Bhilai in collaboration with Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai.
