About this ebook

Two honorable warriors with nothing left to lose...until they find her.

Prillon warrior Thomar Arcas is the royal heir to his ancestor’s legacy of dishonor, betrayal and death. When he was captured by the Hive, some on his home world cheered. Some sighed with relief. None shed a tear.

Thomar and his second, Varin, break free and destroy an enemy base, barely escaping with their lives. They transport to The Colony, the last refuge for contaminated males. Upon arrival they suffer in agony, their cyborg implants fighting for control of the powerful warriors.

Defeat is not in their blood. Not in their history. Not in their souls. Unable to sever their ties to the Hive integrations, they suffer relentless pain. Unwilling to force others to suffer, Thomar has chosen an honorable death over further disgrace; until they are matched to a human female from Earth who will do anything, and sacrifice anyone, to save them.

I really enjoyed this latest book by Grace Goodwin. I have followed the Interstellar Brides from the very first book and must say that I have loved each one. I don’t know how she does it but, with every book, she manages to keep the characters real yet different. Danika’s backstory made my heart ache. Her two leading men faced a bit of a different challenge when it came to claiming her, but Danika was persistent. She was willing to do anything to be accepted and find her family. Loved this one!! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book is a potent and engaging blend of action, emotion, drama, steam, twist and angst. I found Danika, Thomar and Varin likable and easy to feel for. These are tough, layered characters that by turns have you admiring their strength and making your heart ache. The story grabbed and kept my attention and had me fiercely rooting for this trio. I am posting an unbiased, unsolicited review.

I loved this, with the spin of the hive and their connection to the process! Danika, a prisoner, signs up for matching and is mated to Prillon warriors who feel they are too damaged to have a bride. She has other ideas and they accepted, reluctantly! Enter Helion who desires what she can get for him! All in all, another winner in the Colony series of Interstellar Brides. I look forward to more with the new twist Incorporated I received an ARC copy and am leaving this review freely with no reservations
