When animals grow tired of being caged, killed, and sold off—it’s only a matter of time before they’ve had enough... When an uprising puts a pound in control of the animals, they quickly find themselves as comrades, united against everything that walks on two legs. I have yet read George Orwell's Animal Farm but I mostly know what's going on in that book, hence I understood this book quite well since the author said that the idea of this book is the continuity of Animal Farm. This graphic novel, for me, was disturbing. So political but easily understand because of the format which is graphic novel. The heavy subject discussed within the book is relatable with the bad sides of politic in real world. The antagonists perfectly portrayed the real life politicians, it was ironically funny. Thank you to Tom King, BOOM! Studios, and NetGalley for the ARC.
