This book is an okay book. It's characters aren't very creative, and it's story line is somewhat mild. Yes, I suppose Booth was writing this on his death bed, but he could have made it much more extensive. The grammar is awful, and the dialogue formatting isn't very good either. Martin Booth could have made this book into a franchise, had he spent more time and effort on it.
