Whisper Bound: The First novel in the Whisper Series

Private investigator Meg Barringer wakes to an earthquake, a head wound, and blood on the floor—never a good sign. Before she can catch her breath, she’s hired to investigate a woman buried alive.

The trail leads Meg into Whisper, Washington, where the land remembers, secrets don’t stay buried, and the charismatic Peter Eresh may be more than he seems. As Meg digs deeper, she uncovers a deadly scheme threatening the town itself—and something inhuman stalking her every step.

Outsiders want to control Whisper’s land. Whisper is fighting back.

And Meg may not survive either side.

Whisper Bound is the gripping first book in the Whisper series, where the Pacific Northwest hides more than fog and trees.

The mystery in Whisper Bound is a complete book in itself but readers can return to Whisper and read more about Meg, Rain, and Peter in Taken by the Sound.
