One of the greatest anime/manga I have ever followed ever since my childhood favorite: The Naruto series. Great horror and amazing story line about the separate yet simultaneous species of human and ghoul. Me and my friends speak about Ishida's perfect creation all the time. For me, Tokyo Ghoul is a classic in anime history. By the way, What happened to Season 3/ Tokyo Ghoul:re? It sucks. Other than that, I love Tokyo Ghoul! Nothing is completely perfect so 4 wholesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Great but the sequel sucks, makes it impossible to re-read this due to knowing that all the great achieved here was just ate up and shat out by the author. Wasted potential.
