Story for kids of any age!😊A fun & ultimately very touching chapterbook with some lovely artwork. The cover is adorable (that little bear is irresistible!) as are the cat narrator Zephyrina, the stuffed toys, & the mother daughter Ukrainian refugee pair who take the stuffed toys the cat finds & drags home, clean & refurbish them, & seek new opportunities for them with a loving owner. The author created some super characters, particularly the self-obsessed cat. Acts of unselfishness made me cry!
