About this ebook

My best friend's sister is about to marry the wrong guy, and I'm the only one who sees it.

Lainey Morris deserves better than a man who doesn't appreciate everything she is. She's brilliant, stubborn, and so deep in her research books she doesn't see what's right in front of her. Someone needs to talk sense into her before she walks down the aisle in six months.

That someone is me.

When Lainey needs a place to stay in Cleveland for a four-month research project, I offer her my house. I'm on the road most of the time anyway, and it's the perfect opportunity to make my case. Show her she's rushing into something she'll regret. Convince her to slow down, focus on herself, and for the love of God, call off this wedding.

It's a solid plan. Logical. Foolproof.

Until I'm home more than expected, and suddenly we're sharing space. Sharing late-night conversations and inside jokes. She challenges me, frustrates me, and makes me laugh harder than anyone I know. And somewhere between trying to save her from a bad decision and actually getting to know her, everything shifts.

Because the problem isn't that she's marrying the wrong guy.

It's that she should be marrying me.

But I'm her brother's best friend. She's already wearing someone else's ring. And I have no idea how to tell her I've fallen in love with her without blowing up both our lives.

I devoured this book faster than a slapshot from the blue line—top shelf, overtime, zero chill. And judging by the judgmental side-eye from this bookish pup? Bash better treat Lainey right… or someone’s getting his hockey stick chewed. There’s something endlessly comforting about a Best Friend’s Sister romance—it’s the kind of story that lifts me up no matter how heavy the day feels. And Bash and Lainey? Off. The. Charts. Sweet, slow burn tension with that incendiary edge that melts every tim

From the first chapter I was hooked on Sebastian Stone and Lainey Morris’s story and was a good addition to the latest Love On The Line series. I was intrigued when I read the blurb for this book and it did not disappoint. The characters were multi layered and easy to relate too. The story was fast paced, with characters you cannot help but fall for.
