About the author
Advitya Ray is an Indian actor, filmmaker, comic creator, author, and storyteller dedicated to building original cinematic worlds across film, theatre, literature, and graphic novels. Born on August 9, 2003, and raised in Nagpur, Maharashtra, he developed a passion for storytelling at an early age through theatre, filmmaking, and creative writing.
His journey began with stage performances before expanding into writing, directing, editing, and producing independent films during his teenage years. After moving to Mumbai, he pursued professional training in theatre and filmmaking, working across independent productions while gaining experience in acting, direction, and production. He later collaborated with the NFDC Films Division on the documentary A Son of Himalaya and contributed to the organization of NFDC Film Bazaar 2023.
As an author, Advitya has written works across psychological thriller, mystery, horror, and fantasy, always focusing on emotionally driven stories, memorable characters, and immersive world-building.
Advitya is the Co-Founder of CINAMO COMICS, alongside Aaditrie Dipika, where they are building original comic book universes inspired by cinematic storytelling, mythology, and modern graphic novels.
His debut superhero series, OG, marks the beginning of an interconnected comic universe that blends Indian mythology, psychological storytelling, mystery, action, and epic fantasy into a new generation of original superhero fiction.

Concept Creator of the OG Universe
Aaditrie Depikaa is an Indian filmmaker, actor, writer, and creative visionary whose work bridges cinema, documentary storytelling, theatre, and original world-building. With a career spanning performance, writing, directing, and producing, she brings a distinctive cinematic perspective to every story she helps shape.
Born in India, Aaditrie began her professional journey in hospitality before choosing to follow her lifelong passion for the performing arts. She trained in acting under Dinesh Khanna, an acclaimed theatre director associated with the National School of Drama, before moving to Mumbai to pursue a career in film and television.
As an actor, she has appeared in acclaimed productions including Vicky Donor, Lanka, Oass, Badhai Ho, Ghost Stories, Aarambh, Baavle Utaavle, and The Writer, working alongside respected filmmakers and creative teams across the Indian film and television industry.
Beyond acting, Aaditrie has established herself as a writer, director, and producer. She made her directorial debut with the NFDC documentary A Son of Himalaya, a film exploring the life and environmental work of Dr. Anil Prakash Joshi. She has also contributed to major film initiatives, including IFFI Goa and NFDC Film Bazaar, while continuing to develop documentary and narrative projects that combine meaningful storytelling with cinematic craft.
Together with Advitya Ray, she co-founded CINAMO COMICS, as well as other creative ventures dedicated to nurturing original stories and emerging talent.
Aaditrie is the original Concept Creator of the OG Universe. The central vision behind OG, its mythological foundation, and the idea of a new Indian superhero inspired by the timeless wisdom of Lord Ganesha originated from her creative concept. That foundational idea became the starting point for the larger universe, which was subsequently developed into a full comic book series by Advitya Ray, who serves as the creator of the series and the sole creator of OG: The Rise of Vighnaharta (Issue #1).
Her vision continues to inspire the expanding mythology of the OG Universe, where ancient philosophy, emotional storytelling, and modern superhero fiction come together to create a new generation of original Indian comic book heroes.
