About this ebook

She’s my temporary roommate. Her daughter adores me. Falling for them both wasn’t part of the plan.

Falling for Kinsley—the gorgeous, off-limits single mom who works for my family’s construction company—was not part of the plan.

But when I need help renovating my fixer-upper, she’s the only one I want.

And when life throws her a curveball and she needs a place to stay?

I offer her and her little girl a room… and suddenly, they’re turning my house into something dangerously close to a home.

Now I’m breaking every rule I set for myself—because staying away from Kinsley? Impossible.

But the real problem? Her daughter has me wrapped around her tiny finger… and walking away from them might not be something I’m strong enough to do.

A steamy small-town romance featuring a single mom, a protective hero, and a little girl who changes everything.

💕 Expect:

• A fixer-upper that turns into a home

• A single mom rebuilding her life

• Close quarters and undeniable sparks

• Found family feels

• A hero falling for both mother and daughter

• Heat, heart, and a hard-earned forever

Shep’s story is finally here and it was so worth the wait! The final book in the Kingston Brothers series and a fitting ending. Kingsley and her daughter Maya finds herself in need of a place to stay when Shep offers them a room in his home. I love how he bonds with Maya and how Kingsley slowly falls for Shep and along the way Shep’s family finally sees him. I loved the heartwarming storyline and the perfect ending to this series!

I loved Shep, Kinsley, and Maya! Shep had always been a player and liked the attention of women. One by one, he watched his brothers settle down and suddenly, he preferred to spend his free time renovating the house his grandmother had left him, with Kinsley helping him. When Kinsley needs a place to stay, Shep doesn't hesitate to invite her and her daughter Maya to stay with him. Shep just made me melt with all his interactions with Maya. I loved this family, and their loyalty to each other.

Kinsley works for Kingston Brothers Construction. When her rental home is flooded, she calls Shepherd Kingston. He is delighted by her five-year-old Maya, as his interest in Kinsley becomes more than friendship. She loves the way he treats them as if they matter to him. Shep is tired of everyone believing that he can’t be trusted to care for his work or his personal life, but Kinsley recognizes the man he is. I received an ARC at no cost and without obligation for an honest review. (paytonpuppy)
