The Vow She Broke: A Dark Mafia Romance

For eight years, Luca De Luca believed Sofia Bellini betrayed him.

He believed she helped murder his father, destroyed his future, and disappeared before she could face what she had done.

But the truth is beginning to break through.

Sofia did not send Luca to the chapel to betray him.

She sent him there because someone was waiting somewhere else to kill him.

And she knew.

As Luca and Sofia dig deeper into the conspiracy surrounding Alessandro De Luca’s assassination, the evidence leads them back to the chapel where their lives were torn apart. Hidden inside its walls is part of Marco Bellini’s secret ledger—a record of stolen money, illegal freight routes, and a criminal empire Vittorio De Luca built beneath his brother’s nose.

But the ledger contains something far worse.

A photograph of seventeen-year-old Gia Bellini.

Bound.

Bruised.

Taken on the same night Alessandro died.

For the first time, Luca understands that Sofia did not disappear alone.

Gia was the leverage someone used to control her.

As the investigation closes around Vittorio, a captured security operative confirms that Gia is still alive—and that she found something called the Marchetti File before she was taken again.

Then a rescue attempt turns into a trap.

Luca is shot.

And this time, Sofia does not run.

She stays.

She fights.

And when Luca finally demands the truth about the night that destroyed them, Sofia reveals the choice she has carried for eight years.

Someone kidnapped her sister.

Someone ordered her to lure Luca to his death.

And Sofia secretly changed the plan.

She chose Luca.

The Vow She Broke is Book Three of The De Luca Empire, a dark mafia romance saga filled with second-chance love, enemies-to-lovers tension, family betrayal, forced proximity, dangerous secrets, possessive devotion, hidden conspiracies, and a morally gray hero who is finally learning that the woman he hated may have been the one person who saved him.

The lie that kept them apart is dying.

But the truth waiting underneath it may destroy the entire De Luca family.
