Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever?

At first glance, this book would seem to be another fascinating but "way out there" attempt to sell a product. My estimation is that this is quite the opposite. Looking at more feet now than I care to admit, I see what the author also saw. We wear shoes that totally insulate us from the ground. We have totally disassociated from the earth. Grounding is not a "theory." It is used by the cable industry. Our 3 way plugs are proof that grounding is needed and used every day. If you read the book, you will notice that it is not pretentious, but written by someone who tries to give as much proof as is possible, and who seeks to validate the grounding theory. And the author attempts to help the reader by saying, "Walk outside in the grass. You have the answer below your feet." I also have the bed half sheet, and I also think my body is thanking me as well. I totally recommend the book. It may make you think, and see that in addition to the body/mind connection, there is the body/earth connection. Maybe a missing link in the quest for healthy living.

I can only add my testimony and this comes from someone who is more skeptical than open-minded. I discovered this phenomenon while attending Equine Affaire Ohio 2011. It has been nearly four weeks since the metals were draped over my degenerative arthritic thumb. Please know I was unable to even squeeze toothpaste onto my tooth brush. I am now riding my Harley again. Clutch lever? No problem. My husband is impressed. And that says it all.

Antient wisdom and knowledge has been given a firm scientific basis in this wonderful book for the modern generation to catch up for a natural, holistic and healthier lifestyle. Really a 'groundbreaking' book! Hats off to the creative Authors. God bless.
