About this ebook

Soon to be a major motion picture, directed by Greta Gerwig, releasing in IMAX and globally in theaters February 12, 2027.

Witness the creation of a magical land in The Magician's Nephew, the first title in C. S. Lewis's classic fantasy series, which has captivated readers of all ages for over sixty years.

On a daring quest to save a life, two friends are hurled into another world, where an evil sorceress seeks to enslave them. But then the lion Aslan's song weaves itself into the fabric of a new land, a land that will be known as Narnia. And in Narnia, all things are possible.

This is a stand-alone novel, but if you want to journey back to Narnia, read The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, the second book in The Chronicles of Narnia.

This is a good genesis of Narnia. I am irritated that it has not at the time of this post been adapted as a movie. The story is how Professor Kirk came to Narnia. It answers the questions you probably would have after reading The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe. If you have not read it I suggest that you do and if you have then I suggest you read it again.

An amazing introduction to Narnia. I had watched the movies as a kid and now I'm reading the entire series from start to finish to my daughter! What a wonderful first book this was! And not too long either can read comfortably in a few days and see if Narnia is your cup of tea. It's definitely my brew, and I'm about to to start The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe right now!

Amazing writer. I can't tell you how much the writing in its symbolism of the lion as God and other deep truths hidden inside really gave me strength and courage. The book is beautifully written. Can't believe I waited so long before I read it. Excited to finish the series. P.s. I'm just beginning to read books as a hobby and I read this in three days, one being a holiday.
