I definitely recommend this book for those already planted as members of the Episcopal church and to those wanting to understand the structure of the church and the guiding principles that direct out faith and enrich our beliefs. One of the best "take-aways" from the book was the 3 legged stool analogy referencing the underpinning support of scripture, tradition and reason operating in sync. The chapter addressing the temperaments was interesting and comprehensive. I think it is an excellent book for new members and would make for a great book discussion.
