The System was destroyed.

At least, that's what Kael Veyron believed.

Six weeks after surviving the Hollow, Kael is trying to rebuild his life. His mother is finally beside him. The dungeon nightmare appears to be over. And for the first time, Kael is living without the blue interface that once controlled every part of his survival.

Then the gates return.

One appears on an empty highway.

A mysterious woman named Aria emerges from a newly opened gate.

And inside her is a new System.

Kael soon discovers that Aria isn't the only prototype. Hidden beneath the expanding dungeon network are other survivors, forgotten experiments, ancient Systems, and secrets connected to his missing father.

The deeper Kael goes, the more he realizes that the dungeons were never simply places filled with monsters and loot. They are part of a much larger design.
