A big false leap towards establishing that somehow by hook or crook so called international human rights law is in accordance with the principles of Islam. The author has committed some serious and blatant academic mistakes by regarding the payment of zakat, five times daily prayer and like being based on QIYAS instead of their being based on the direct and principal sources of Islam i.e. the Quran and the Sunnah. The writer says that some versus of Quran and Hadith can not be applied in this age. This is just another vile attempt to trying to totally change the real and true meanings of Shariah. So nonacademic and cheap.
