it's like if King from one punch man was an mc. honestly it would work if the mc was wholesome or endearing enough to make you root for him, but they lay on his uselessness too thick and he is kind of an inconsiderate selfish piece of garbage, especially in the side story at the end. I just can't get behind the mc enough to continue reading.

This stands out as a premier misunderstanding story, mostly thanks to its mc Krai Unlike typical MC's of this genre who are accidentally mistaken for heroes, Krai is an unapologetic jerk. He oscillates between appearing as a profound genius and a cruel know it all playing with lives. His true power is just a mix of capable friends and total obliviousness. Every vague thing he says is either utter nonsense or interpreted as profound wisdom, making him an incredibly entertaining mess of a person
