About this ebook

Your phone knows you better than you know yourself. That's the problem.

Every swipe, every notification, every "just one more video" was engineered — by thousands of behavioral scientists, backed by billions of dollars — to steal something you'll never get back: your attention, your creativity, your freedom to think.

How to Get Back to Life… and Return to Life is not another wellness book telling you to "unplug for an hour." It's a forensic investigation into how Silicon Valley turned boredom into an enemy, weaponized dopamine against your own brain, and quietly killed the individual mind in favor of a scrolling, comparing, anxious digital herd.

Through gripping true stories — a software engineer who helped build the addiction algorithm and then became its victim, a bride who lost her life to Instagram comparison, a mother who nearly lost her children to an iPad, a teenager swallowed whole by a game — this book exposes exactly how it happened to you.

Then it hands you the way out: a science-backed liberation protocol, a 30-day brain-rehabilitation plan, and the tools to reclaim deep thought, real relationships, and your own mind — in an age that profits from you never getting them back.

This is the book Silicon Valley doesn't want you to read. Read it before it's too late.
