About this ebook
In development to be a major TV series on Peacock, adapted by Tina Fey and Lang Fisher
From New York Times bestseller Elle Cosimano, comes Finlay Donovan Digs Her Own Graveâthe hugely anticipated next installment in the beloved Finlay Donovan series.
"Finlay Donovan is irresistible!"âJanet Evanovich
âThis series is magical!ââChristina Lauren
âThe perfect blend of mystery and rom-com.ââAli Hazelwood
Finlay Donovan may have skeletons in her closet . . . but at least there's not a body in her backyard.
Finlay Donovan and her nanny/partner-in-crime, Vero, have not always gotten along with Finlayâs elderly neighbor, Mrs. Haggerty, the community busybody and president of the neighborhood watch. But when a dead body is discovered in her backyard, Mrs. Haggerty needs their help. At first a suspect, Mrs. Haggerty is cleared by the police, but her house remains an active crime scene. She has nowhere to go . . . except Finlayâs house, right across the street.
Finlay and Vero have no interest in getting involved in another murder caseâor sacrificing either of their bedrooms. After all, theyâve dealt with enough murders over the last four months to last a lifetime and they both would much rather share their beds with someone else.
When the focus of the investigation widens to include Finlayâs ex-husband, Steven, though, Finlay and Vero are left with little choice but to get closer to Mrs. Haggerty and uncover her secrets . . . before the police start digging up theirs. But who will solve the mystery first?

Fun, with memorable charactersđ This light-hearted book is definitely the best in the series so far IMO. And Finlay's elderly nosy neighbor/murder suspect Margaret stole the show. Finlay's two young kids started the comical scenarios in the first pages and, though their appearances are scattered, they lend such whimsy. And, yes, there's a murder mystery & romance too. All work so well together that reading F.D. Digs Her Own Grave was the light, frothy highlight of my week.

undercover in danger found family ride-or-die female friendship Elle Cosimano has turned crime comedy into an art form. This book does not slow down for a second. The character development is sharp, the tension is intense, and Vero is still the best chaos companion in fiction. I cannot wait for the next book in the series! Content Warnings: -Gun violence/threats -Kidnapping -Language -Alcohol use -Sexual innuendo

Things really start coming together in this latest Finlay Donovan episode. While we meet new characters, we also get to know others better. The hijinks and shenanigans continue with all characters involved and the laugh out loud moments are even more hysterical because Iâve come to adore Finlay and her crew so much. On top of it all is a mystery that is multi-layered, once more giving us twist upon twist.
