About this ebook

"I, Grayson Dawson, Alpha of the Moonlit Pack, reject you, Lola Ashton, as my mate and Luna of this pack," I heard Grayson's voice reach my ear and a single tear ran down my left cheek as it felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest.

"I, Lola Ashton, accept..." I did not finish my sentence before he held me up by my throat and snarled in my face. His eyes had already changed colors so I knew his wolf was in charge.

"You will not reject me, slut. I am your owner and I tell you what to do and when," he slapped me across the face and threw me on the ground.

The book isn't proof read, and the author forgets character names. had to reread in so many spots because grammar or weird choice was wrong. For example, they used the word defile when defy was really what fit... not really a simple spelling error or words that are similar in meaning. Lots of times you have to fill in who is speaking or the name used doesn't make sense. Since I was filling in so many gaps on the fly I'll just imagine and make up what happens in the other books. Great plot, poor execution.

Really enjoyed the first book, second book was ok, except for poor grammer and a lot of spelling errors. Book 3 was so bad, I couldn’t bring myself to finish it or read the 4th - and i bought the bundle- so total waste of money. Sentences don’t make sense. The writer keeps getting her characters names wrong. And mixing character names up. Terrible writing in the end.

Unfortunately, the second book continues the same issues as the first. The story still suffers from poor editing, with frequent grammar and spelling errors, as well as characters being referred to by different names within the same scene, only to revert back later. There is also a lot of repetitive wording — for example, describing a character as “adorable” over and over instead of using varied descriptions or trusting the reader to remember. Emotional beats are often weakened by telling and then immediately repeating the same information in dialogue, sometimes verbatim. On top of that, there are noticeable continuity problems: events are repeated across chapters as if they never happened, which breaks immersion and pulls you out of the story. Whether due to inexperience or lack of proper editing, the inconsistency makes it difficult to stay engaged, despite the story’s potential.
