Aidan: A Marriage of Convenience Mafia Romance

This story is dual POV, well written, and a fun, marriage of convenience, contemporary Irish mafia romance. I enjoyed the way Aidan and Sorcha had to work to negotiate their relationship, and the fact that they both had to modify their expectations. I enjoyed their intimate moments. I enjoyed the integrated secondary characters, especially Sorcha’s siblings, and their genuine impact on the plot. Aidan and Sorcha have been friends, best friends, for five years. She doesn't know about him or the family "business" and he wants to keep it that way. Sorcha's father has passed away and left her to raise her three younger siblings and a pub in massive debt. She's in need of help but she can't ask Aidan, he works hard and she can't accept it. I am soo glad Sorcha and Aidan got their book. I was heart broken for Sorcha and her siblings as they dealt with their Da’s passing. All her siblings are so incredibly cute and pulled on my heart strings. I also loved how so many previous characters made appearances in their book. Despite being married to protect Sorcha’s family, I loved watching the couple open their hearts to each other and accept their new lives. The Donnelly family is amazing!!
