Based on extensive research, this book distills self-help into 12 core strategies, or "Levers," providing a comprehensive approach to life improvement. This easy-to-read book provides a clear map for developing productive habits while overcoming destructive thoughts and behaviors. Sometimes it seemed a bit facile to me, ignoring the role of trauma. Still, this is a good guide for resetting daily routines in order to live a happier, healthier life. Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received.
