I enjoyed the book so much that I had to get the second book. All these things they speak about are very true, but have been forgotten over the years.

When going through a breakup this book lightened my heart and prepared me for dating. Dating in a way that protects the female heart and stops us from going " crazy" on the guys we like to much.

It's described lots of mistakes I've made when dating or finding that special someone I really like/love and then wondering because it didn't work out ...what just happened...I will follow the rules because my way surely haven't worked...
