About this ebook

In the early hours of the morning, a woman plunges from a building and dies. The moment is sudden, violent, and irreversible.

In the days that follow, the lives of two sisters unfold in reverse — tracing the events, choices, and fractures that led to that night. Both women are successful, capable, and bound by a shared history of loyalty and expectation. They are also carrying secrets neither has fully acknowledged.

As their stories interweave, resentment surfaces beneath affection, and responsibility blurs into control. What once looked like devotion begins to feel suffocating. Every step closer to the truth reveals how easily love can become a pressure — and how quiet damage can be as destructive as overt cruelty.

Because when a fall is inevitable, the real question isn’t how it happened.

It’s what made it unavoidable.

A dark psychological suspense novel about sisterhood, guilt, and the moments that quietly shape catastrophe.
