An Inner Autobiography of Love, Kundalini, and Self-Realization
Some people enter our lives for a season.
Some quietly change the direction of our entire consciousness.
What if the greatest love of your life was never meant to become your life partner—but your Guru?
She Who Became My Guru is an intimate and thought-provoking symbolic autobiography that explores how an ordinary human relationship gradually unfolded into an extraordinary journey of love, psychology, Kundalini, meditation, Tantra, Yoga, science, and Self-realization. Based on lived experience and decades of reflection, it invites readers to discover the hidden meanings concealed within seemingly ordinary events.
Set in the serene Himalayan foothills, the story follows Ishaan, a young science student whose life appears perfectly ordinary. College friendships, village life, veterinary studies, family responsibilities, and an unspoken bond with a fellow student named Myra quietly shape his future. Yet beneath these everyday experiences, another journey is unfolding—one that neither of them fully recognizes at the time.
Years later, those same memories begin revealing unexpected depths.
Romantic attraction becomes emotional purification.
Love becomes transformation.
Transformation deepens awareness.
Awareness matures into witnessing.
Witnessing gradually opens the doorway to Kundalini awakening, meditation, Keval Kumbhak, and glimpses of Self-realization.
This expanded edition goes far beyond the original narrative. It explores the psychology of attraction, attachment, devotion, surrender, unconditional love, symbolic interpretation, Guru, Tantra, Kundalini, chakras, witnessing, meditation, and the subtle relationship between science and spirituality. Drawing upon the author's reflections through Sharirvigyan Darshan and Quantum Darshan, the book presents complex spiritual ideas in a clear, thoughtful, and accessible manner.
Rather than presenting rigid doctrines or abstract philosophy, the book encourages readers to observe their own lives more deeply. Every major event is explored on multiple levels—literal, psychological, symbolic, philosophical, and spiritual—allowing each reader to discover a different book within the same pages.
Some will read it as a love story.
Some as a coming-of-age novel.
Some as a symbolic autobiography.
Some as psychological literature.
Some as spiritual fiction.
Others will recognize the subtle language of Kundalini, Yoga, Tantra, and Bhakti hidden beneath the ordinary flow of life.
No single interpretation excludes the others.
This book is written for readers who are interested in spiritual awakening, Kundalini, meditation, Yoga, Tantra, consciousness, psychology, symbolism, self-discovery, contemplative literature, and meaningful autobiographical storytelling. It offers an unusual blend of heartfelt narrative, scientific curiosity, philosophical reflection, and lived spiritual experience without demanding belief or adherence to any particular tradition.
Premyogi Vajra writes from decades of personal observation, contemplative practice, and direct inner experience. Following profound Kundalini awakenings and years of meditation, he explores the meeting point of love, science, psychology, and Sanatana wisdom with honesty, humility, and intellectual openness.
Ultimately, this is not merely a book about Ishaan or Myra.
It is an invitation to rediscover the hidden meanings within your own relationships, memories, questions, and experiences.
For sometimes the person who appears to change our life is not the destination at all.
They are simply the one who quietly awakens the Guru already waiting within us.
Premyogi Vajra is not a conventional teacher—he is a direct explorer of consciousness whose work arises from lived experience rather than formal scholarship or institutional teaching.
Author of more than 60 books in Hindi and English, his writing spans a wide spectrum of inquiry into spirituality, inner awareness, and human perception. Yet, his work is not rooted in abstract theory—it emerges from direct observation and practical exploration of consciousness itself.
His journey into inner transformation has been shaped by deep meditation, tantric understanding, and what he calls practical spiritual research—an approach that places experience above belief. Along this path, he has encountered profound states of awareness, including moments where the sense of individuality dissolves into a unified field of consciousness—states often described in yogic traditions as samadhi.
He has undergone two significant awakenings. The first unfolded spontaneously in a dream state during adolescence. The second arose through deliberate and systematic yogic practice in his forties. He has also reached states approaching keval kumbhak—the spontaneous suspension of breath—associated with nirvikalpa samadhi. Yet, he remains grounded in the understanding that such realization is not fully stabilized, and continues his practice with sincerity and dedication.
During his first awakening, he observed nonduality directly. Inspired by that experience, he intuitively developed Sharirvigyan Darshan as a practical framework to help maintain an awakened state while living in the world, to a greater or lesser extent. With this he got second awakening. After his second awakening, he similarly developed its equivalent and nondual Quantum Darshan through intuitive insight arising from that experience.
Rather than following rigid systems or borrowed doctrines, his path has been intuitive and experiential—focused on directly perceiving truth rather than adopting it from external authorities.
Beyond his inner explorations, Premyogi Vajra lives a balanced and grounded life. He has a deep interest in organic farming and animal welfare, reflecting his connection with nature and sustainable living. He enjoys meaningful cinema with his family, often combining it with travel and shared experiences.
His journeys are not merely recreational—they are driven by curiosity, observation, and a desire to understand life in its diverse expressions. In his quieter moments, he turns to music, playing the flute, harmonium, and guitar. Reading and writing remain his inborn passions.
Through his work, he does not seek followers, nor does he promote fixed doctrines. Instead, he extends an invitation—
to question, to explore, and to discover truth directly.
This book is one such invitation.
