About this ebook

He will honor his vow, no matter the consequence to her

Drocco's search for his missing omega sends him into unfamiliar emotional territory.

Uncertain if their connection can ever be repaired, he sets himself on course to fulfill his vow as emperor, knowing he may lose Cailyn in all the ways that truly matter if he succeeds.

Meanwhile, Cailyn's determination to have the truth laid bare has cost her deeply.

Without knowing how to reassure the alpha who once would have died for her, the fierce warrior who arrives has become a man she cannot recognize... and everything she had once hoped for, hangs in the balance.

BEWARE: This story is only for those who love an over-the-top possessive, dark anti-hero who will do anything to have his woman. See author website for full warnings.

This was a great conclusion to Cailyn and Drocco's story. In book one and two I had a love/hate relationship with Drocco. This book helped turn that into love for him. They managed to overcome everything they had been through and have a HEA. I was sad to see their story end but the book set the groundwork for future books on other characters - Amara and Malloron - Victoya and Torin. I am impatiently waiting to continue reading stories from this omegaverse world. I received an advanced reader copy of this book to review.

WOW! Just Wow! Finally we have Drocco and Cailyn's HEA. While you could read this book alone, why would you want to? The first two books set the scene and carry the story through to this point. Both Drocco and Cailyn continue to learn a lot about themselves and each other and how their relationship can work. They also discover a lot more potential than either ever thought was possible. This is a fascinating story of two people with totally opposite beliefs with a lot of preconceived ideas of what "should" happen without any real idea of what "could" happen. They both have to find a new normal and it requires both of them to make concessions and deal with a lot of new ideas and to learn to trust each other because their usual behavior won't work in their new situation. This story wasn't as dark as the previous two and we see both of them learning and compromising to find a better life for themselves and their people. There will be another book so the story continues and although I hate to say goodbye to these two, at least they got a great happily ever after. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).
