In these seven messages on worship, we see the heart of worship as well as the regular practice. We look into the question: What is worship? And then we discover how worship is experienced in the breaking of bread and prayer.
The hour is coming and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth; for also the Father seeks such as his worshippers (John 4:23).
Our Heavenly Father is seeking true worshipers. God alone is to be worshiped. It is true—it will be costly. We will be tempted and assaulted. But thank God, our Lord Jesus has already overcome. And as His overcoming life is in us, so we too will overcome and worship God.

Born in China, Stephen Kaung was converted to Christ at an early age. He met Watchman Nee in the early 1930’s and became a co-worker with brother Nee in the Lord’s work. He moved to the United States in 1952, and has continued to share Christ with the Lord’s people around the world, as well as translate and publish the messages of Watchman Nee. Today, beyond the age of 100, he continues to be a great encouragement to the saints wherever he ministers, demonstrating that “It is no longer I that live but Christ Who lives in me.”
