Introduce students to the ways money influences choices in everyday life with this interactive Readerโ€™s Theater script!

Through rich storytelling, this script explains the costs and benefits of saving and spending, showing how employment and income affect the decisions families make. Students learn how opportunity cost helps people weigh what they might gain against what they could lose. By connecting these ideas to a real-life situation, the script highlights the importance of making thoughtful financial choices.

Why Money Matters
