LAST STOP!
About this ebook
The problem is what happens before you get there.
LAST STOP! moves through the city alongside people who normally would have nothing to do with one another.
The worker trying to get home.
The person running late.
The hustler watching every passenger.
The exhausted mother carrying too much.
The stranger talking too loud.
The person who missed their stop.
And the rider whose destination may be the least important part of the trip.
What begins as ordinary transportation slowly becomes a moving pressure cooker of personalities, secrets, arguments, unexpected connections, bad decisions, and circumstances nobody saw coming.
At every stop, somebody gets off.
Somebody gets on.
And the story changes.
Money problems follow people onto the ride.
Relationships explode in public.
Strangers become witnesses.
People who would normally walk past each other become temporarily trapped inside the same little world.
As the route stretches deeper into the night, the characters discover that everybody is carrying something besides whatever is in their hands.
Fear.
Hope.
Anger.
Regret.
Ambition.
Hunger.
A secret.
A destination they are not sure they actually want to reach.
Set inside the larger POLYFLY universe, LAST STOP! blends urban drama, comedy, survival, city life, class, relationships, chance encounters, and the unpredictable energy created when completely different lives are forced into the same space.
Everybody boarded for a different reason.
By the last stop, none of them will leave exactly the way they arrived.
Where Dreams Get Elevated. Presence Equals Currency.
