A fun Cozy Mysteries or Paranormal Mysteries, with a fantasy twist, are both set on the Florida Coast. A Romantic Christian Series, with a strong sense of family set in upstate New York. These are the stories I write.
Since I am a hopeless animal lover, there are plenty of cats and dogs in each book, and my love of gardening shows through my characters. As a storyteller, it is important to me to draw the reader into the story; to make you feel the sultry tropical heat or the numbing cold of the north.
I have more stories yet to write from my south Florida home, while I look out into my garden and watch the birds and squirrels fight over their breakfast. My two cats often join me at my desk, either to watch the birds or supervise my writing. And my husband of over 30 years is there for support when my characters deviate from my outline. With our son away at college, the house can be quiet, but that gives me plenty of time to dream up the next story.
