About this ebook

In a world where the boundaries between quantum physics and human consciousness blur, Dr. Elara Voss makes a discovery that will change everything we thought we knew about reality. While working in a cutting-edge particle research facility beneath the Swiss Alps, she develops a technology capable of translating quantum fluctuations into audible signals—essentially allowing her to "hear" the behavior of subatomic particles. What begins as a scientific breakthrough quickly spirals into something far more profound and terrifying. The particles are not merely making random noise. They are communicating. They are warning us. As Elara delves deeper into the symphony of the quantum realm, she uncovers a hidden layer of existence that connects all matter, all consciousness, all of time itself. But there are forces—both human and otherwise—that will stop at nothing to control this knowledge.

"Hearing the Cries of Particles" is a mind-bending science fiction thriller that explores the nature of reality, the power of observation, and the terrifying possibility that the universe is far more alive than we ever imagined. Tracy Claudio weaves hard science with philosophical depth in a narrative that will keep readers questioning everything until the very last page. Perfect for fans of Ted Chiang, Liu Cixin, and Blake Crouch.

About the author

Tracy Claudio is a science fiction author and former research physicist with a passion for exploring the intersection of hard science and human emotion. She holds a Ph.D. in quantum physics from ETH Zurich and spent eight years working in particle research before turning to writing full-time.

Her work is inspired by the belief that the universe is far more mysterious, far more beautiful, and far more alive than we typically allow ourselves to imagine. She writes to explore that mystery, to celebrate that beauty, and to remind readers that the act of listening—truly listening—can change everything.

Hearing the Cries of Particles is her third novel. She lives in the Swiss Alps with two cats, a telescope, and a deep appreciation for silence.
