Tommy and Co

When Peter Hope, a struggling hack journalist living in London, unexpectedly takes in a mysterious, fiercely independent orphan known simply as "Tommy". Tommy quickly becomes Peter's assistant and housekeeper. As Tommy grows up, she proves to be an incredibly sharp, resourceful media prodigy, even out-scooping the rest of Fleet Street!

Together, they launch a successful new weekly journal, and the story of Tommy and Co. meanders delightfully through the chaotic, colorful world of early 20th-century publishing, eccentric writers, and urban companionship.
