Despre această carte electronică

Known primarily for his work in political philosophy, ethics, and economics, John Stuart Mill is perhaps less well known as an early feminist thinker.

Published in 1869, The Subjection of Women was ahead of its time. Mill credited his late wife, Harriet Taylor Mill, with many of the important ideas put forth in the book.
