Dr. Janki Joshi is an accomplished academic and professional leader from India, currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education with a focus on “The Impact of Poverty on Education.” With a strong academic foundation that includes an M.Ed. in Education, an M.A. in Psychology, a B.Ed., and a B.A., she brings deep expertise in both pedagogy and psychological perspectives to her research and practice.
Since 2012, she has been serving as the Director of Aditya Clean Energy System, where she oversees strategic operations, educational planning, and sustainability initiatives, demonstrating her leadership in bridging education with socially responsible practices. Her professional interests span educational leadership, curriculum development, psychological assessment, counseling, and research methodology.
Through her ongoing doctoral research and extensive professional experience, Janki Joshi continues to contribute meaningfully to the fields of education, psychology, and sustainable development, with a vision to create inclusive and equitable learning environments.
Dr. Sohrab Bharucha is an accomplished business management professional with 34 years of diverse industry experience, including over 18 years in leadership roles across manufacturing, logistics, textiles, and transport services. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, with research focused on restructuring family-run manufacturing businesses in Pune. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at SPICA Group, Dr. Bharucha has led strategic initiatives in business process re-engineering, organizational transformation, sustainability, and workforce development.
An adept problem-solver recognized for his ability to navigate complex challenges, he has successfully managed business expansions, closures, and cultural change programs. His expertise extends to training design, employee engagement, and global business strategy, supported by extensive professional interactions across the USA, Europe, China, and South Asia. A published researcher on sustainability, family business dynamics, and innovation, he also holds a patent for an AI-based global workforce management device. Dr. Bharucha is a life member of IEEE, QCI, and AIMA, committed to bridging industry expertise with academic excellence.
Dhanashri Rajshri Ravindra Jadhav is an experienced counselling psychologist with over 5 years of expertise in career and family counselling. She has successfully guided more than 1500 students in career planning, decision-making, and personal development. As part of her work with CareerNaksha, she has spent 2 years helping students explore educational and professional pathways. At her own initiative, Mind Power Counselling Center, Prof. Jadhav offers therapy for anger and stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, and personal empowerment. She has conducted 100+ family counselling sessions, focusing on conflict resolution and enhancing family communication. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2015–2017) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselling Psychology from Himalayan Garhwal University, Uttarakhand. Her approach blends empathy, insight, and strategic guidance, aimed at empowering individuals to thrive in academic, emotional, and personal spheres.
Mansi Rastogi is an accomplished IT professional and educator with strong expertise in web application development, software engineering, and academic instruction. With an MCA degree and hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and modern web technologies, she has contributed to full-cycle development projects including FARMAP 2.0 for the Government of India and multiple enterprise-level web solutions. Her technical background spans database design, debugging, requirement analysis, and client–server architecture.
Currently serving as a TGT Computer Science at Army Public School, Bareilly, she teaches classes 5th to 8th and takes on leadership responsibilities as a Class In-Charge. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Professor at reputed institutions, teaching BCA, MCA, MBA, and BBA students while managing academic and cultural responsibilities. Known for her adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous learning, Mansi brings a blend of industry experience and academic excellence to every role she undertakes.
