SICILY

Three Islands. Three Ancient Myths. One Extraordinary Journey.

What if the islands you visit on holiday are the very places where Homer’s Odyssey unfolded?

Beyond Sicily’s shores, ancient legends meet volcanic landscapes, forgotten battles, crystal-clear waters, and centuries of Mediterranean history. This collection invites you to explore three remarkable islands through the eyes of Ulysses—and discover the stories that still shape them today.

THREE ISLANDS. THREE EPISODES OF THE ODYSSEY.

FAVIGNANA – The Cyclops Island

Enter the world of Polyphemus, the giant defeated by Ulysses’ cunning. Discover the island’s spectacular limestone quarries, hidden caves, turquoise coves, and the waters where Rome won its decisive victory over Carthage. From ancient legends to the historic tuna fisheries, Favignana reveals a landscape where myth and history converge.

STROMBOLI – Kingdom of the Winds

Journey to the volcanic Aeolian Islands, the legendary realm of Aeolus, keeper of the winds. Explore Stromboli’s fiery silhouette, the dramatic Sciara del Fuoco, and the neighbouring islands of Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, and Panarea. Discover how volcanic forces, ancient seafaring traditions, and Homer’s legendary bag of winds come together in one unforgettable setting.

USTICA – The Forgotten Island

Venture offshore from Palermo to an island of black volcanic rock, extraordinary marine life, quiet villages, and a fascinating past. Explore the possible connections with the terrifying Laestrygonians episode, walk ancient coastal paths, and discover the marine reserve that makes Ustica one of the Mediterranean’s most distinctive destinations.
