Thanks to this series: the Wheel of Time is not just a clock, the malazan marines defended a crippled god, there were countless other books and many many millions of words to be read. I cannot thank T.A. Barron enough and I cannot recommend this book enough to any one with an interest in fantasy or not.

I read this book in my youth and have always loved it. A wonderful adventure full of magic, hope, love, and strength. Would love to have the whole collection in one book.

A storyline in the book is EXACTLY like the Disney movie "The Black Cauldron." I wonder if they are both rooted in the same myth.
