Acerca de este libro electrónico

There is something deeply comforting about believing that empty spaces are truly empty, that silence means nothing is happening, and that what cannot be seen is simply not there. This book does not try to frighten you, and it does not introduce anything unnatural. Instead, it explores a quieter idea, one that begins with something simple and slowly becomes harder to ignore. Human perception is limited, not slightly, but fundamentally, shaped by what is necessary rather than what is complete. The mind fills gaps, corrects inconsistencies, and presents a version of reality that feels stable, even when it may not be entirely accurate.

Still There follows this line of thought without forcing conclusions, moving through observations that feel ordinary at first but gradually shift into something less certain. It asks what it means for a space to be empty, what it means to notice something, and whether the absence we rely on is as reliable as it seems. It does not claim that something exists beyond perception, but it does leave open the possibility that what is experienced may not represent everything that is present.

Nothing in this book demands belief, and nothing is presented as fact beyond what can be observed. But once the limits of perception are considered, even briefly, it becomes difficult to return to the same certainty as before, and the idea that nothing is there may begin to feel less complete than it once did.

Reader Advisory: This book contains subtle psychological themes and may create a lingering sense of unease. Not recommended for readers below the age of 13.
