Archives of the Unexplained
About this ebook
Lucy and Alex are ready for a fun campout filled with spooky stories—nothing more. But when Alex persuades Lucy to wander deeper into the woods, the night begins to feel a little too real. With Lucy’s pesky little brother Scotty reluctantly tagging along, the friends trade tales inspired by some of history’s most haunting unsolved cases.
They revisit the tragic mystery of Richard Lancelyn Green, whose lifelong obsession with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle led to a death so puzzling even Sherlock Holmes might be stumped. They recount the chilling true story of the nine hikers who vanished into Russia’s frozen Dyatlov Pass, only to be found dead under circumstances that remain unexplained decades later.
As the stories unfold, the woods seem to listen. When a lone crow guides them to a hidden gravestone, the line between legend and reality begins to blur. Is the forest playing tricks on them, or are Lucy, Alex, and Scotty about to become part of a mystery of their own?
Perfect for readers who love:
-True unsolved mysteries
