Dr. Stephen A. Russell hails from South Africa. He has extensively traveled in nine African nations, teaching and training with a strong emphasis on establishing Biblical foundations in leadership of churches and ministries. He planted a church out of which a Bible School and Christian School was established. After relocating to the United States in 2001, he assumed leadership of a church on Cape Cod. Subsequently, he established Formations Bible College, a hybrid school offering three certificate programs in partnership with Thirdmill Institute. He established several Bible Schools, particularly in India, in partnership with local network leaders. His tenure at Trinity Christian Academy on Cape Cod as Biblical Studies teacher for junior and seniors, prompted him to produce this textbook.
