About this ebook
In Intentional Intercession, bestselling author Sherry Weddell (Forming Intentional Disciples) reveals a transformative truth hidden in plain sight: Jesus Christ is actively interceding for the world at every moment — and he invites you to join him.
Far from routine petitions or memorized devotions, apostolic intercession is bold, outward-facing, and deeply aligned with God's saving purposes. Drawing on Sacred Scripture, the Catechism, the wisdom of the saints, and astonishing real-world stories, this book shows how we can become powerful collaborators in Christ's mission through intentional, Spirit-led prayer.
If you've ever longed to see God move — more visibly, more powerfully, more personally — in your life, your parish, and the world, this book is your invitation. Step into your role in the communion of saints. Pray as Jesus prays. And watch what happens when you dare to ask for more.
