About this ebook

In a world long destroyed, humanity survives inside a Matrix-like illusion, unaware that Earth already died a thousand years ago in a catastrophic war between humans, machines, gods, and ancient creatures. Outside the veil, the real Earth is a wasteland, filled with towering petrified giants whose bodies stand as monuments… but whose souls are still alive and terrified inside the stone.

The forbidden weapon that ended the Last War, a device capable of killing bodies and trapping souls in eternal petrified consciousness, has mysteriously activated again.

Liora Thalen, the last living Seer who remembers the original collapse, sets out to uncover who triggered the weapon and why. Armed with her sight beyond the veil, a sarcastic psychic royal cat named Miko, and an anxious loyal dog named Brutus, she explores a broken Earth filled with trapped souls, hidden gods, and rising threats.

As Liora ventures deeper into the truth, she discovers each petrified giant holds fragments of memory, and each time she stands near one, she feels its fear, pain, or final thought. Together, these fragments form a terrifying mosaic of the last moments before Earth fell.

When the ancient God of Earth finally returns, Liora learns the darkest secret:

the giants were not monsters, they were guardians, sacrificed to stop something far worse.

Now, with the weapon waking, the souls trembling inside their stone prisons, and the veil beginning to tear, Liora must solve the puzzle left by the gods, uncover the real purpose of the weapon, and stop the second collapse, all while dealing with a cat who thinks he’s royalty and a dog who thinks everything is a crisis.

This is Book Two in the shared universe, where myth from Book One becomes truth, comedy balances horror, and the fate of Earth lies in the hands of a reluctant Seer and her chaotic animal guardians.
