About this ebook

Picture Perfect is the chilling true crime story of Jodi Arias, a beautiful aspiring photographer, and the murder of Travis Alexander, a devout Mormon.
Travis Alexander was a handsome, hard-working, practicing Mormon who lived in Mesa, Arizona. His good looks and easygoing manner made him popular with everyone, especially the ladies. But when he was found brutally murdered with a bullet wound in the face and his throat slashed, the shocking crime sent waves throughout his community. Who could have committed such a sinister act?
Suspicion soon fell on Jodi Arias, Travis's ex-girlfriend. Though they had broken up, Jodi moved from California to just miles from Travis's home and began inserting herself into his daily life. Investigators found startling evidence in Travis's home that implicated Jodi. But in a bizarre turn of events, Jodi claimed self-defense. Was she a victim, or a dangerous, obsessed stalker?
Picture Perfect: The Jodi Arias Story, the New York Times bestseller by Shanna Hogan, chronicles the deadly affair and the murder trial that captured the nation's attention. With 8 pages of chilling photos.

Not even going to waste my time. Im sure its well written and im sure you are really good at what you do but this peice of garbage is still alive and every book that is sold, she gets money for. You can say she doesnt but she does. You cant write about this without copywrite. You need consent of the person you are writing about. So for that reason, im out. I hate the girl for what she did. And people dont get the actual story that happened....shes a nutcase and not picture perfect.she's a uglyGirl inside

While there is no question that Jodi Arias has a borderline personality disorder and is a sociopath, the constant, repetitious and unrelenting descriptions of Travis Alexander as a virtually 'god-like' figure in this book causes one to chafe at some point. Why do we seem to regard those who die as somehow more perfect in death? We are all just fallible human beings.

I'm not a fan of the Mormon religion and really don't care to read about it. Travis didn't deserve to be murdered but he was no choirboy either. The faith-based work he did was a company many regard as a pyramid scheme with many legal troubles. This book is not a balanced view of this tragedy. Jody Arias deserves to be in prison, but keep religion out of it.
