The narrator emphasises on simple to understand language, so that a wide audience can understand and follow her well structured book. The book is very well written. The book contains also exercises, so that you can connect the teachings of the book with your own life-experience, which helps to fortify her insight as good as possible. I have a narcissistic father and this book helped me to identify and understand the methods he deploys, the feelings that come from such methods and how I have to classify his attacks. This book gave me a great deal of insight that has helped me to feel more empowered that ever. I highly recommend this treasure to everyone out there, currently dealing with toxic people or not, this book is a personal investment that I'll emotionally profit from for the rest of my life. Thank you, Dr. Arabi
