If you're tired of starting strong and stalling out, chasing motivation, or watching your ideas pile up faster than your output, the problem isn't talent. It's process.
How to Write Fast (With or Without Robots) shows you how to rewire the way you write — so speed becomes natural, sustainable, and the path to better work, not worse.
Sean Platt — co-founder of Sterling & Stone, with hundreds of titles, millions of copies sold, and a writing pace most authors think is impossible — breaks down the exact system behind million-word years and shows you how to make it your own.
Inside, you'll learn how to:
Write faster immediately — without sacrificing quality
Build a daily writing system that runs without willpower
Bypass your inner editor and retrain your brain for flow
Steal the five simple hacks Platt and the Sterling & Stone story studio use to repeatedly top a million words a year
No more waiting for inspiration to show up and save you.
Just a proven system that turns hesitation into momentum — and momentum into finished books.
Stop collecting ideas. Start shipping them.
Sean Platt has always been an entrepreneur, but stories were the business he was born to build.
When his wife bought him a laptop for his birthday in 2007, he dropped everything to write fiction.
After a short stint as creative director at a marketing agency — where he learned the kind of copywriting that could turn cliffhangers into an art — Sean wrote hundreds of novels (including international bestsellers), penned Hollywood scripts, and founded Sterling & Stone, an IP incubator where more than two dozen writers turn wild ideas into world-changing stories.
Originally from Long Beach, California, Sean now lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Cindy, and their dog, Fisher — both of whom remind him that real life makes the best stories.
