About this ebook

Some days, hope feels like a foreign language. You wake up to a world where depression has flattened the color and anxiety keeps you circling the same old fears at two in the morning. In the middle of the shadows, it is easy to wonder if God still sees you. You may feel as if you are supposed to have it all together, or that your faith should have fixed the struggle by now. But the weight of despair is heavy, and sometimes a whole chapter of scripture feels like too much to carry.

You are not broken, and you are never alone. Pastors Sarah Griffith Lund and Chad Abbott have walked these same valleys. They understand the intersection where mental health and faith meet, and they know that needing help is never a spiritual failure. They have created a gentle resource for anyone who needs a hand to hold during the long night.

Blessed Hope offers ninety short, honest devotions built for your hardest days. Each entry pairs a single sacred word with a scripture verse, a real story from life, and a prayer you can whisper even when you lack your own words. This is a daily practice for rebuilding hope one small, faithful step at a time. Reclaim your birthright to hope and remember that you are loved exactly as you are.
