About this ebook

Girl in Pieces meets One of Us is Lying in this haunting thriller written in exquisite prose verse from multi-award-winning Irish author and poet Sarah Crossan. A sensational, immersive and hugely propulsive "missing girl" thriller, set against the backdrop of America's controversial Troubled Teen industry.

When grieving Connie Ryder is taken from her home in the middle of the night, she finds herself held at Silver Lake Academy, a remote facility for "troubled" teens. At Silver Lake, the vulnerable and the dangerous are thrown together, controlled by a strict and brutal regime. Connie decides to keep her head down: the surrounding wilderness makes escape impossible, and anyway, who can she trust in a place like this? But when two girls go missing, Connie is drawn deep into a web of secrets and lies as she attempts to uncover the truth before it's too late.
