I bought this book on February and after about 2 weeks, it suddenly freeze on my phone and laptop on the day of my midterm. I could not read any information, so I contacted to google playbook and we have gone through all the troubleshooting for an hour and nothing worked. So they processed the refund and I had to try to purchase again because I need this book immediately. While the google playbook agent on the phone, I purchased in second time and the same freezing screen happened again. I asked to the google agent to refund me back however, she said there is no payment history yet since it was purchased a couple minutes ago. She directs me to call to paypal to get refund but I had no time to do since my midterm is 3 hours later. One day after, I request a refund to google and nothing happened for 2 weeks. I chat with Morgan K today to get refund and she said it is only available to refund in "One time Courtery." I am so frustrated to pay 72 dollars and unable to read. So I ended up buy new textbook for my final term and google play won't pay me back.

very buggy, never opens a page appropriately, I do not recommend buying this from google play. Firstly, they don't have any return policy, or even if they have one they do not pay your money back. Secondly, the google app often freezes and you need hours to fix . The book cannot display any charts or diagrams properly.
