About this ebook

Sabine is months away from her forced retirement at twenty years old. Her job as an Elemental, to protect humanity from vampires and other aspects of the magical world, will come to an end. She’s never been that great at her job, never able to call or command the fire she should be using. She’s never considered what she’ll do once she retires and has no idea what she wants to do with the rest of her life.

Carly is convinced she’s on the path to get what she wants. She has a summer job that will have her on a movie set, she has a hot boyfriend who’s a medical student, and she’s learning to use her magic. She thinks her summer will be spent helping Sabine discover how to spend the rest of her life, but…

All their plans change after a chance encounter with another Elemental in a New Orleans cemetery. Sabine sees this as a sign to learn from another Elemental. This seems like a great idea until Carly’s plans start to blow up in her face. The first explosion - her boyfriend Andy has secretly been trying to start a war within New Orlean’s magical world.

In Search of Spell Caster is a three part miniseries of The Enduring fantasy series. Fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Interview with a Vampire will enjoy this fast paced, new adult fantasy story full of magic, mystery, and vampires who wish they were as cool as Lestat.

About the author

S.R. Marks is the pen name author Sara Marks uses for her fantasy books. Sara is a woman with a dark side. She might want love stories, but she knows the universe isn’t always kind. She loves sitting back and watching drama and chaos unfold. Sometimes she’ll even create it.

Sara lives in Massachusetts with her dog Cedric. When not writing she reads voraciously, knits (often while reading), and watching drama channels on YouTube (while knitting). You can find her at http://srmarks.net to see all her fantasy and horror books and download Kraulaak (book one in the Frozen Wasteland series) for free.
