Crush

Very Good Book, but it does kinda suffer from a few things, like at first, I thought the book was leading into a 'You can't always get what you want' angle, and that Jorge would go through like an Anti Diary of a Wimpy Kid Journey of accepting that the girl he thinks is hot is dating another decent dude, but nah.. The Book really leaves you wanting more at the end of it, they waste a whole 41 pages on a liar revealed B-plot when the book makes it incredibly obvious who it would be, and by the time it resolves there's only 13 pages left, if this were a High School Romance Book I'd make a joke about 'finishing too fast'.. Some part of me doesn't really get what they were getting at with the 'Body Autonomy' chapter, didn't really go anywhere, honestly made Brooke look Hypocritical by proxy of her not knowing how testosterone works, like drawing the arbitrary line at "You like a girl for her Hair? Ewwwww!" made it seem like the intended reading group of this is alot younger than said

This comic was quite amazing because it showed how the boy liked the girl, it showed that the boy was shy at first and it's very romantic. It is a very interesting comic in my opinion and I hope you read this comic and have the same thought as me...

It was great! I really loved the book! It showed a lot of things that I had experienced myself in middle school. Everything didn't go as I would hope in middle school but it was still nice for me to go back and reminisce about the good times in middle school. Jorge is a pretty cool guy too! He was nervous about his crush but he still went for her and ended up scoring a home-run and I've felt super proud of him. It taught me that even though you're scared, don't be afraid to take a leap of faith.
