Run and Starvation

It starts with 9/11. Adam's world changed that day and it had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks on the US. Those were just an opportunity and the backdrop for the manhunt to find Adam. The two policemen leading the search knew who had taken the young boy but not where and, more importantly, why. That trail is the thinnest of threads and challenges the believable. Time is running out. Who, or what, will be found?

In Starvation, Adam is now a young man under the care of Dr Paul Abbott. The story weaves from Adam's 19th century dreams to his 21st century realities. Is he truly a troubled individual, a product of childhood trauma, or is something deeper afoot? A last ditch chance to resist in a game where all the odds are against humanity, and have been since the beginning.
